FIA Clamps Down on Loophole
Little tougher for formula one fast car racers to use this loophole.
After BAR Honda retired two healthy race cars and Ferarri one car during the Australian Grand Prix (so that the teams could run fresh engines during round 2 of the FIA World Championship @ Sepang), the FIA has announced a rule clarification to close this loophole.
