Kill Pedestrians Legally
Force = Mass x Velocity.
SUV’s are not only Stupid Urban Vehicles, they are also DOP’s (Deadly tO Pedestrians), according to a report in the British Medical Journal. Forbes has a piece on this story, excerpted below:
