Out From Reno
Fast car drivers will want a GPS device to makeThe trip, despite the delays, has been wonderful. We’ve seen things we never would have seen on our own, including the most breathtaking scenery I’ve ever seen. The wedding of our friends, Berry and Kim, was fantastic, and we had a ton of fun exploring the area on our own. Yesterday was the most intense drive I’ve ever made in pure white-out conditions, and all I can say is that I’m glad we decided to upgrade to a four wheel drive SUV with a GPS unit. It certainly helped us find a way around the closed mountain to Reno from Tahoe.

Change Everything
Are SUVs equalHaving said that, I don’t support the “SUV’s equal Satan” movement in this country, or buying an overpriced vehicle that has the power of a golf cart. I’ve noted that some of the new hybrids are starting to at least resemble a car - in terms of power and performance. We’ll get there someday.

Ode To Cadillac
Watching fast car drivers in ArizonaCadillac deserves much credit. For over a hundred years they have made cars. Cadillacs in our lifetime have gone from gigantic road liners to tricked out sports sedans. I have always been a Lincoln fan but always thought Cadillac had a niche. The twist is that one of the niches I have discovered here in Arizona is that people from away come to live here in the winter and drive their Cadillacs in ways that would boggle your mind and haunt your dreams.

BMW iPhone Hoax
An iPhone would be a great accessoryI hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it appears that the AutoSpies rumor of iPhone integration into the new BMW 7-series is a hoax - well the image is anyways.

Feeling Poor
Remember to factI am feeling poor today. I didn’t really spend that much money today. I just feel it. There are a few big birthdays coming up in March. I am feeling the squeeze. If my I-140 gets approved and over with, the next step’s fee will be knocking as well. Then comes D’s birthday. Then my car insurance premium. Ugh!!!

Guess What!!!
A new fast car driver looking forYours truly is finally a licensed driver. I know, it took me forever and a year, but I got it! I had my permit since I was 15 so this was a long drawn-out expensive task. I also have a car. What’s next? I plan on picking it up next weekend. I’ve been looking into getting some car insurance because my Aunt isn’t sure about keeping that car under her current provider. It all depends on how much it costs.

Drag Racing Launch Techniques
Getting aDrag racing is best described as a tournament consisting of a two-car straight-line race. It is an all-out acceleration contest from a standing start between two vehicles over an exact distance. Professional drag strips are available for public use all over the world, but the illegal street racing culture has popularized drag racing nowadays in such a way that most common folks think of drag racing as a bunch of sticker-clad street cars causing mayhem at night. Well, whatever gets you going, it is a fact that the launch becomes the deciding factor in any drag race where the machinery is equal.

Don't Try This At Home
Here’s another helpful hint. Don’t drive your SUV on Irondequoit Bay after two days of freezing temperatures. If you do, it will cost you lots of money, your SUV will be destroyed and people will laugh at you. Also, the DEC might fine you for polluting the bay.
